Jūsų asmens duomenys, nurodyti įrenginio priėmimo akte, įskaitant duomenis apie Jums suteiktas paslaugas, yra tvarkomi duomenų tvarkytojo UAB „C&C Lithuania”, į. k. 211589420, adresas: Saltoniškių g. 9, Vilnius (toliau – „Duomenų tvarkytojas“), klientų duomenų bazės administravimo tikslais, siekiant suteikti Jūsų užsakytas paslaugas, bei paslaugų teikimo ir klientų aptarnavimo kokybės vertinimo tikslais. Duomenų tvarkymas atliekamas gaminio gamintojo Apple Distribution International (kodas 470672, adresas: Hollyhill Industrial Estate, Hollyhill, Cork, T23 YK84, Airija, el. paštas [email protected]) (toliau – „Duomenų valdytojas“) nurodymu.		Your personal data, indicated in this Device Acceptance Act including information about the services provided to you, are being processed under the instructions of the manufacturer Apple Distribution International (code 470672, address: Hollyhill Industrial Estate, Hollyhill, Cork, T23 YK84, Ireland, e-mail: [email protected] (the „Data Controller“) by the data processor UAB C&C Lithuania code 211589420, address: Saltoniškių g. 9, Vilnius (the “Data Processor) for the purposes of customers’ database administration, in order to provide your ordered services and evaluate the quality of provided services and customer care.
Asmens duomenys yra tvarkomi ir saugomi tiek laiko, kiek yra reikalinga jų tvarkymo tikslams pasiekti.		Personal data is being processed for as long as it is necessary to achieve the aims of its processing.
Duomenų tvarkymas atliekamas siekiant įvykdyti sutartis ir Duomenų tvarkytojui kylančias su aptarnavimo atlikimu susijusias teisines prievoles (ES Parlamento ir Tarybos reglamento (ES) 2016/679 „Dėl fizinių asmenų apsaugos tvarkant asmens duomenis ir dėl laisvo tokių duomenų judėjimo ir kuriuo panaikinama Direktyva 95/46/EB“ (toliau – „BDAR“) 6 str. 1 d. b) ir c) p.).		Data processing is being performed in order to perform agreements and legal obligations of the Data Processor regarding servicing Apple products (Article 6(1)(b) and (c) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of The European Parliament and of the Council “On the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC“ (the “GDPR“)).
UAB „C&C Lithuania” būdamas asmens Duomenų tvarkytoju, tvarko duomenis tik pagal aiškius Duomenų valdytojo nurodymus, pateikiamus sutartiniuose dokumentuose, užtikrina tvarkomų duomenų konfidencialumą, įgyvendina organizacines ir technines asmens duomenų saugumo priemones, siekdamas užtikrinti kliento įrenginyje esančių asmens duomenų saugumą nuo atsitiktinio ar neteisėto atskleidimo, taip pat nuo bet kokio kito neteisėto tvarkymo, be to, nepasitelkia ir neplanuoja pasitelkti kitų duomenų tvarkytojų be išankstinio Duomenų valdytojo sutikimo.		UAB C&C Lithuania as the Data Processor processes the data in accordance with the clear Data Controller‘s instructions, specified in the contractual documents, ensures the confidentiality of the data being processed, implements technical and organisational personal data protection measures in order to ensure safety of the data stored in customer‘s device from accidental or unlawful disclosure as well as any other unlawful processing, and does not and has no intention to invoke any other data processor without prior consent of the Data Controller.
Duomenų tvarkymo procese Duomenų tvarkytojas yra pasiruošęs padėti Duomenų valdytojui sudaryti galimybes klientams pasinaudoti savo teisėmis, t. y. teise prašyti, kad Duomenų valdytojas leistų susipažinti su duomenų subjekto (kliento) asmens duomenimis, juos ištaisytų, ištrintų ar apribotų duomenų tvarkymą arba teise nesutikti, kad duomenys būtų tvarkomi, taip pat teise į duomenų perkeliamumą. Siekdami įgyvendinti šias savo teises, galite kreiptis tiesiogiai į Duomenų valdytoją arba Duomenų tvarkytoją.		The Data Processor is prepared to assist the Data Controller in order to enable customers to use their rights during the data processing, i.e. the right to request the access to the personal data of the data subject (customer) being processed by the Data Controller, the right to its rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or the right to object to data processing, as well as the right to data portability. In order to fulfil the aforementioned rights, you may directly contact the Data Controller or the Data Processor.
Duomenų valdytojas bei duomenų tvarkytojas taip pat laikosi kitų pagal BDAR 28 str. ir kitų teisės aktų nuostatas privalomų asmens duomenų tvarkymo reikalavimų.		The Data Controller and the Data Processor also comply with other obligatory data processing requirements indicated in the Article 28 of the GDPR and other laws.
Jūsų asmens duomenys gamintojo pasirinkimu aptarnavimo ir kokybės užtikrinimo tikslais gali būti teikiami UAB „AVAD Baltic“ (įm. k. 301060619, adresas: Raudondvario pl. 131B., Kaunas) (toliau – „AVAD“), Duomenų valdytojui ir/ar susijusioms grupės įmonėms į jų buveinės ar veiklos vykdymo šalis (įskaitant duomenų perdavimą į trečiąsias valstybes pagal BDAR 49 str. 1 d. b) ir c) p.) laikantis BDAR ir Apple privatumo politikoje (angl. Apple Privacy Policy (žr. nuorodą https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/lt/)) numatytos asmens duomenų surinkimo, tvarkymo, naudojimo ir atskleidimo tvarkos.
